3. Services & Filing Disclaimers

TaxTown provides CA-assisted ITR filing services. While our Chartered Accountants strive for 100% accuracy and maximum legal deductions based on the information provided, you (the taxpayer) remain solely responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the documents and data provided. TaxTown is not liable for any penalties, notices, or actions taken by the Income Tax Department due to concealment of income or submission of false/fraudulent documents by the user.

4. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of our Services without notice at any time.
